What to do when T-Mobile takes a trade-in phone, accepts the phone and texts you that you will get credit, but reverses that credit on your bill?
I traded in an old iPhone which t-mobile accepted (I have the text) and offered a price that appeared on my bill and then they reversed the charge. How do I get that fixed?

All Trade-ins, in-store or sent to Assurant or Asurion, are subject to review. The store that accepts the trade-in does not evaluate it. They send it off to be evaluated. Your device might not have met the trade-in condition or criteria for the offer. As mentioned though. Customer Care or the T-Force Team should be able to tell you what happened.

contact TMO through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter. they can get it figured out.
calling in=tier 1 support
FB/Twitter=tier 2 support.
just make sure to contact them through DM and not on their main page.
