Google playstore apps stuck on pending when on my phone is connected to mobile data
Tried clearing cache and data, tried removing accounts, have set the date and time to correct timezones and to auto, tried reinstalling playstore as well as play services, checked the app settings to download over any network also factory data reset phone. Nothing works to get them off of pending and have them download or update. This is also affecting my YouTube as well as YouTube music. Really need a solution here that works. Galaxy s24 t mobile. Really thinking about just switching carriers because of this.

Problem basically solved itself completely after the update, turned off the vpn that I was using and it downloaded from playstore like normal and yt music started working just fine as well. So basically it was t mobiles software causing issues with Google and none of the tecs wanted to just come out and admit it.

T-Mobile doesn't create the software or firmware on your device. The manufacturer does.

Is your YouTube app up to date? My Play Store this morning wouldn't load on my Pixel 9 Pro XL on AT&T and my YouTube Vanced wasn't working either, even on WiFi. I updated the YouTube app, patched it, and then everything in the Play Store went back to normal.

Did you ever get this resolved? Is your Play Store app up to date? Is your Google Play Security patch up to date? Does your device have enough space for the app updates? Does your device meet the app update requirements? Is your Play Store setting set to download apps over any network?
If your device is rooted. That may interfere with app updates, especially for Goigle apps.
Have you tried clearing the Play Store cache and data? Have you tried doing the same for Google Services?

Yes I resolved my issue, I had to connect to a completely different WI-FI. Along with having T-Mobile cell service, I also have T-Mobile internet. Once I connected to a different Wi-Fi I was able to update and download all of my apps. I then proceeded to download a VPN so I won't have this issue again.
To answer your questions:
Yes, my play store was up to date. Yes, the Google play security patch was up to date. Yes, I have over 100gbs available. Yes, my device met the app update requirements. Yes, my play store setting was set to download over any network. No, my device isn't rooted. Yes, the first thing I did was clear the play store cache and data and Google services. I also restarted my phone. I did every possible troubleshooting available short of factory resetting my phone.
The issue seems to be between T-Mobile and Google services.

I'm having the same issue as well on the 24 Ultra. I've done every trouble shooting available other than Factory Reset, which I really don't want to do. Now, I can't even download apps. So, I can't download a VPN (I don't have use one already). Since I also have T-Mobile Wi-Fi at home too, I'm going to try using a different Wi-Fi to see if that works.

Yeah I sat on with tech support for about an hour and a half and they couldn't help me, I downloaded a vpn while I was on the phone with them and it was works just fine as long as I'm running a vpn on my phone. So defiantly some conflict with t mobile network and Google

No issues here using an s23 Ultra. Downloaded updates for Brave, FireFox, and a few other apps today without any issues using my data.
