Syaoran, I tried with the full address https://192.168.12.1 which returned This site can’t be reached.

I am having the same issue trying to connect my Synology NAS to the Gateway,  I have access but not secure!  Was on the phone with T-Mobile for 30 minutes, they keep blaming the 3 party hardware.

When accessing the gateway, type in:
