My T-Mobile service has been canceled and don’t know how to reactivate

I received this email message and when I go to my.t-mobile.com it asks for my phone number but when I put my phone number it says such number doesn’t exist. I am on prepaid plan and still keep getting messages asking me to refill even after that. Please help.

Hello @AaronMN. Were you able to get your phone number reactivated?

No. My phone number is still down.

Has it been more than 60 days since your account was active?  If so, it is more than likely that the account has been cancelled.  If it hasn’t been more than 60 days.  Have you tried calling *233 (*add) to see if it recognizes your number?  If the automated system does, see if it will allow you to add funds to reactive your service.

Thank you for the suggestion. Not completely sure, but yes, it’s been probably more than 60 days. I tried calling 233 but it doesn’t get through. The thing is, I still get emails from T-mobile to refill the balance, but I can’t log in to do that.

It sounds like you are going to need a new prepaid SIM and to setup a new prepaid account.  You might be able to get your number back if it hasn't already been assigned to another customer.
